These are features we recommend in every home we build. You always have the choice of making changes to these items as your budget allows at the time we write your contract, but these are the minimums we recommend for quality.

Builder’s warranty
Envy Homes gives a 18 month warranty on your home, with many of the products in your home being under warranty for many years after move-in. The majority of our homes require NO service at the end of the year.
Due to our continuous efforts to improve our product, we reserve the right to revise, eliminate, and / or substitute product features, and specifications.
